Synopsis for "Memories of Krypton's Past"

Superman is forced to fight various warriors on Mongul's Warworld, but he refuses to kill his opponents. Superman advances through the tournament and is finally matched against Draaga (New Earth), Mongul's favorite champion.

Meanwhile, a cleric who once preached on Krypton is curious about this "last Kryptonian". Doubtful of its real heritage, the Cleric mind-links with Superman to explore his memories. At the same time, Superman starts seeing Cleric's memories, thus he loses focus in the middle of the battle. The Cleric realizes he is a real Kryptonian and claims his prayers have been answered.

Superman beats Draaga, and after refusing to kill him, he defies Mongul to come down from his throne and face him in a one-on-one battle.
