<p>My top two favourite Superman villains are Winslow Schott (probably one of the creepiest Superman baddies) and Metallo.
</p><p>Lex Luthor is a great villain but he's over-used and he overshadows most of Superman's rogues gallery. I have to give honourable mentionings to Zod (also over-used), Parasite, Doomsday, Brainiac, and Ultra-Humanite (his original arch-nemesis before Luthor from the Golden Age).

<p>Darkseid is a favourite but I consider him more of a New Gods, Justice League and general DC Universe villain than a straight up Superman villain.
