One of the reasons The Joker is Joker is the fact that we dont know his name.

His original identity shouldn't matter because that man is dead. All that's left is The Joker, one of the most evil diabolical genius level intellect madman.

What?!? That is crazy. His real name is Joker. He is so popular for many reasons and one of them is that we havent known his real name.

That is one of his trademarks. I thought it would always be a secret. I don't know how I feel about this because I share the sentiments of everyone above. Though.. I must admit I'm a bit curious all the same. Still, a lot of people might not be happy about this.
