New Earth? That's where things get tricky. I've seen Pre and Post Crisis in Time legion members, villains, etc. go back into the present New Earth and Earth One. Because they don't need a multiverse jump, only the means to time travel, it pretty much says they're still in New Earth. I believe I've even seen the words New Earth used in an LOS issue.

And finally the clue? I thought some of you may focus on the artist and not the song, think the answer was associated with hammers in some way which is why I didn't want you to take it the wrong way. But the title was meant to be taken very literally. You can't touch Mano, nor can he you, without you ending up in the morgue.

Maybe and no just didn't feel right and might have led you even further away. Pre Flashpoint may be the better way to ask that in the future. Had I picked the original Mirror Master, who technically has no New Earth appearances since he died in crisis and doesn't return until new 52, but is still listed under New Earth, it could've been just as complicated.
