There goes that man again, Jonny hosting a really hard 21 questions! Barely a clue, this is gonna teach you something by the end of it, and some of you will be shocked. Other than that, I wanna fair fight so check my pretty simple rules, though I think you already know most of them. Asking if there is a PE page could potentially turn up something. I have been doing enough research this last week on villains to know that there are some that had Earth-One pages, weren't used during New Earth, and then was brought back for Prime Earth. So it's possible. As for her debut, I covered inception to 1960 and 1980 to present, so the 1961-1979 range should be the only years possible for her debut.

Hot dog, Scav found a loophole I didn't consider. LOSH characters do count as "main continuity" even though we have pre-Zero Hour and all the other variations of their universe(s) to deal with. Luckily, the debut range would indicate pre-Zero Hour. I think the LOSH angle is one to be pursued. Perhaps ask if she has ever appeared in a LOSH title before?

Roscoe, I think there probably is. I'm sure some characters have been enemies of LOSH and then became members—and maybe even vice versa. But remember that for her to fairly reflect the answer we have of "maybe" regarding her possibly being of good alignment, she would need at least one page that actively has the "good" alignment, even if other pages do not. It's not enough for her to have at one point been good. She needs a page that reflects that.

Good points. They lead me this: The biggest LoSh event i can think of is FC: Legion of 3 Worlds. It contains almost everyone from all Legions. Maybe we ask if she’s appeared in it? That would give us a fixed list; or eliminate a lot of characters.

That miniseries has most LOSH members from across continuities, but it doesn't have every other character. I think it's possible that the character was never a member of LOSH but was still in those universes.

There’s also the relatively rare (Pre-Crisis) entry for characters at the core of COIE. Like Harbinger, Anti-Monitor. Though they both have PE pages so Pre-Crisis only refers to New Earth.
