He was in the GL movie. Created 1987 by Alan Moore. Recently brought back in Morrison’s “The Green Lantern” so he has maybe 6 appearances. On the low side for appearances, and his PE appearance is missing in the database (Hint Hint) but he’s one of my favorite guys, so I can’t fault you.
Yup, it's Rot Lop Fan! Member of everybody's Favourite f sharp bell corps! Created by Alan Moore in 1987, he was found by Katma Tui in the Obsidian Deeps, which is an area of pure darkness. He is blind, so he is unable to comprehend light and color, which presents a little bit of a problem considering he was supposed to be a green lantern. He is given a bell emblem and his F sharp bell ring produces soundwaves instead of hard light! He's one of my favorite green lanterns because of how freaking unique and original he is.
