Calendar Man is awesome! I like how he’s been portrayed in modern stories like the Long Halloween.
I agree with Grimm’s assessment of Professor Pyg.
Grimm, I believe the term you’re looking for is “more stupider”. And how the Batman rogues have not been lobotomized by the constant blows to the head, I don’t know. 🤜🏿 Professor Pyg, 🤜🏿 Calendar Man, 🤜🏿 Kite Man, or 🤜🏿 Mad Dog couldn’t have a single brain cell left between them. *That’s* stupid.
EDIT: Now that I think of it, at least Kite-Man wears a bike helmet.

The Golden and Silver Ages yielded a majority of ridiculous rogues for decades, and not just for Batman. There’s very little to be gained from discerning which themed malcontent is less menacing. But maybe you can prove me wrong.</p>

Hold on Etrigan, we could have a whole new kind of Batman villain here. Using the same logic that saw the Golden Age Flash defeated by a guy moving super-slow (The Turtle), maybe a stupid Batman villain would actually be his greatest opponent. A genius like Batman would never guess what “The Dumsky” was....

If we're talking villains that are hard to take seriously, I think Qwsp was until Morrison got his hands on him. Then again, Qwsp wasn't really a villain until Morrison got his hands on him, either.
Soooo disappointed that it was Bat-Mite Luthor was holding in reserve and not Qwsp, in the last JL!
Ha! Too bad Qwsp is still serving "One million infinities in an 8-Dimensional maze"! Aquaman would have a good laugh at that.
I hoping that Snyder and Tynion will do a similar Morrisonian thing with Bat-Mite, and provide more than just comic relief. How about starting with his proper 5D name? I'm betting there's a lot of Z's. And how is he going to get along with Mxy? Mxy seems to have P.O.'d everyone in every dimension. I have high hopes anyway.
There are no stupid villains! You’ve got good villains, great villains, and silly villains. Silly villains only get a bad rap because this modern age fan wants darker villains and then get called stupid for being lighter. Now don’t make me send Polka Dot Man and Crazy Quilt after you! I MEAN IT! Tell em Kite-Man, won’t I do it?
