I don't think The Flash movie is cancelled, but it's very unclear on anything as we know nothing about it, other than the fact that at one point is was meant to hit cinemas in 2020.

Also Anotherbatmanfan, Gotham City Sirens will not be animated, but live action.

It seems like DC is in a holding pattern, where they are are only greenlighting one by one till they figure out a gameplan. Everything else that they've teased in the last 3 years is in development limbo
