Most Underrated or/and best villains: Superman

Okay trying something a little different with these last 3 because Superman, the Justice League and Batman have big rouges galleries. Again, say who you think the most underrated villain is for the character or team in the title.

Silver Banshee. Access to the dead, magic, and loud noises. She’s got a high potential to be much MUCH worse if someone wrote her that way.

And if my man Toyman ever actually does get to kill any children he’ll be much worse and other people will finally realize just how underrated he is 😈.

Came in to say Toyman. Is he a suspected pedophile in main canon, or just the Luthor mini by Azzarello/Bermejo? Either way, hes the sort of creeper you'd expect Batman would be more at home fighting than Superman, which is why he's such a threat to the Man of Steel.

Totally parisit as my number one totally underrated in my eyes but also matallo I feel is underrated or toyman very intriguing character also very underrated
