A good amount of Doom Patrol is setting up for Milk Wars. So it’s definitely recommended, but I don’t think required.

I read Milk Wars first, and I still was able to follow it easily. Loved it. The Doom Patrol stuff made more sense after reading way’s run of it.

Milk Wars was honestly my favorite recent crossover event.
