Dr Manhattan could prolly do it with some instant-before-death teleportary. Or Flash or Reverse-Flash simply go back in time and change things; or steal someone from another dimension.

Well, this has all been interesting to say the least. Coming back from the dead, though it may not carry negative repercussions for the person, but always has trouble and drama attached to it. Makes for entertaining reads though
