While looking through the history of mature DC comics ( DC so-called "sophisticated" line of comics suggested for mature readers) I found something interesting. During the creation of Vertigo, we all know characters like Swamp Thing, Doom Patrol, and Hellblazer just transitioned over to V while comics like Sandman did too. But did you know that Green Arrow was a possible candidate as a Vertigo title? The only reason why they didn't allow it was because he was to popular with mainstream DC universe readers. To be clear, this was during the Mike Grell run. But what would you have done? Do you think it would have been cool to see Oliver in a VERTIGO Imprint?

Hope everyone has been well. I've been lurking on and off, but life has been pretty crazy. Trying to focus on my own writing more than reading, but I usually just end up on twitter or gaming.
I recently finished Grell's run of Green Arrow, and am currently working through Winnick slowly.
