Most of the rumor mill seems to think it's for health reasons, she has had chronic back issues and was injured on the show.

Oof... That must suck. I was actually starting to get used to her being in the role, and the show.

She Wont be replaced there will be another Batwoman and Kate Kane will dissapear and No one will know why. (Thats Confirmed). I Just forgot the Name of the New Batwoman.
