From having had read all 250+ issues of Flash Vol 2, the speedsters seem to still be aware of each other’s speed even whilst accelerated. Many times, the many speedsters’ connections to the Speed Force differ, so some wielders have at times been faster than others. Their perceptions also increase to superhuman speeds, yes, so they can see each other clearly (most of the time) without only seeing blurs, but the scenes typically don’t look like normal humans having a melee fight while everyone else is seemingly frozen in time. I mean, I haven’t once seen a speedster battle in all those issues wherein the speedsters stood and stayed in the same area while fighting each other. They tend to run whilst delivering blows, which seems to be a universal fighting style among speedsters.

Short answer: Even while two speedsters are using their speed, no, the fights generally do not “appear” graphic-wise as two normal people having a fight.

@N8THGR852 i think you misunderstood me a bit, I said that they would be at the same speed and having a ‘Batman’ fight meaning close ranged and throwing punches so to THEM it should surely seem to them as a regular person throwing punches and them throwing them back (obviously they know they’re going faster than everybody else but still)

That’s your hypothesis on how such a scenario would appear. I’m giving the facts based on existing material and lore. I don’t care about theories on things not actually depicted in comics. I addressed your question of “would it work this way” the best I could by describing samples of the closest scenes we have been given as comic readers. Furthermore, being a speedster is about more than just speed. The Speed Force allows a plethora of other abilities and functions, so when two speedsters have nearly the same speed, they tend to use other functions of their Speed Force connection in battle. So no two speedsters can ever really have a “Batman”-like fight, as even if their speeds are matched, they use other speedster abilities.

All the speedster fights I have seen in other media than comics also depict all the other abilities that N8 mentioned. One thing is that they always fight while running across the city, or around the world, even while walking on water. When they’re falling from heights the gravity may seem to have no effect if observed in Flash time. If you still want to believe what you want to believe, that’s your head canon. But don’t ask a question like that just to dismiss others opinions because they don’t agree with yours. If you only want people to agree with your theory I think that you come to the wrong place. If you want a good discussion based on what we have read in comics or watched on TV, then this may be your place.
