Okay I understand now. The wording got confusing.

Arrow is only good for the first 2 seasons, with a mediocre 3rd season. Flash season 1 was good. Every season after was either mediocre or just terrible. E.g. season 3

Arrow was decent when it started. At least before we had 5 Black Canaries. Flash was just unwatchable for me

Personally I thought Green Arrow was much cooler than the Flash.
