Oh, you know me, I’m a stickler for technicalities. I only mentioned speedsters who go by Flash, haha. I largely love Jesse. The uniform she wore as Flash-in-training was neat, but I like most of her JQ looks more. She wore her first JQ uniform from her debut to partway through her time with the Titans. Her second uniform was one she basically only wore with the Titans. Her third one was only briefly a seen before losing her powers shortly before Infinite Crisis (although she regained them, of course). Her fourth JQ suit she wore with the JSA and JLA is oddly my favorite JQ uniform, despite not being a Titans uniform, haha.

I'm a Huge Modern JSA Fan, so my Vote goes to Jay. From the more Modern Flashes, my Favourite is Probably Wally, but I never Read many Solo Flash Story's, and the ones I read (with the exception of Flashpoint, and that can of Worms it opens "Cough" New 52 "Cough") all Stared Wally
