As Scav notes, one of the newest Teen Titans members is a djinn named Djinn. The title just concluded a whole arc that gives far more detail into the history of djinn within DC. The djinn seem to be different from the 5th dimensional beings, although they are seemingly connected as well. The Titan, Djinn, hosted incredible powers but was inhibited, only able to use the grander scale of her powers when commanded by someone wearing a magic ring linked to her. That limitation has recently been removed. I wouldn’t say djinn are as powerful as, say, the Spectre, but having one on your side is definitely advantageous.
