Yes and no.

Kathy was originally killed by Bronze Tiger so he could get into the League of Assassins. Then Morrison revived the character and introduced her as Kathy Webb-Kane, Bruce's aunt by marriage. She had staged that murder, and led a group called Spyral as its Headmistress. This was mostly in Batman Incorporated.

But in Grayson's title, the role is filled by someone named "Katrina Netz", obviously a standin. So what the status of KJathy Kane is at the moment is unknown.

Batman: Tales of the Demon collected several major Silver Age Ra's al Ghul stories. It reprinted Detective Comics #485.

Yeah he’s one of my favorite characters that’s why I enjoy the book so much because then all these different interesting stories about him

That kind of collection is a great way to experience Silver Age comics. You don't need to read everything, but some villains have a bit more continuity than others so it's nice to read them in order.

Katrina Netz was "Katherine Webb-Kane's" real name in PE. Kathy Kane was an alias.
