I think fear/yellow fits him best except for the fact that I can't picture Batman working for Sinestro and I don't think Batsy would like to follow under the Guardians' rules for long so I choose white.
He may be using a different one in Death Metal now.
^^agreed
None of them, the rings are becoming like Thor's hammer, it seems anybody can use them now. Back in the day it took time to master any ring and to learn to make good constructs, now any "hero" gets one and suddenly they can use them better than an actual Lantern.
Also, I never understood why anybody would fear Batman. Everybody knows he does not kill, nor torture, he's just a guy wearing a mask. Why would a "villain" fear him? cause he may break a bone? The most he may do is send you to Arkham and anybody seems to be able to escape that place. Of course, I'm not a Batman guy so I may be sounding pretty ignorant.
I guess he could use the Green Lantern ring since he does have a strong will and it's the easiest ring to control.
I think the reason people fear Batman is because they know that Batman is human sure he has a bunch of gadgets yet he’s still human. He’s had his back broken he gets shot, stabbed, electrocuted yet he always gets back up making criminals think “Holy fucking shit how the hell is this guy made of flesh and blood getting up there is no way that he’s human!” He’s also been stated as the most dangerous person on the planet by Superman I think that’s because deep down behind all the strum and batarangs he’s just that kid who lost his parents in an alleyway. Now combine the child like mindset of accomplishing one goal even if it takes the rest of his life to finish and near infinite recourses
It’s been revealed that the only reason why Batman doesn’t have the yellow ring is because of how much will power he has (the guy stood up and fought Azrael while his back was broken only in pain medication and will) and vice versa
I chose White. The whole point of Batman is that he cares for the lifes of people. Thats also the reason why he doesn't kill. Batmans existence is only a reaction of his parents death. He uses it to process his trauma and he exists to not let anyone feel what he felt.
He feels compassion for the people. He gives them hope and never gives up. He actually loves humans and doesnt want to hurt them (besides villians of course). He always has the willpower to fight back. He gives the criminals he haunts fear. And sometimes he can really feel strong rage.
There was a story... i cant remember where it was from, but it was in one of my dads 70s or 80s comics and I remember the point of that comic was that the innocent are not afraid of Batman but the guilty know someones coming to judge them. Also, yeah, in his early days nobody knee if he was even human.
I say hope for with Batman there is always a way2 win
What do you think?
