The Flash (Barry Allens) abilities. No discussion there. I would like his abilities more than Wallys, because of his criminalogy and scientific knowledge. If we are not counting that, I'd go with Wally.

Martian Manhunters. I could have by brain multitask billions of things at once. Also I won't have to worry about dying prematurely cause I could make a copy of by brain, move it to my arm and cut it off with heat vision. Then once I die my soul would go to it and reform a reflection of my old body and I could go about my business again.

I would like to have the power to nullify all of your powers at once :)
