Man of Steel is part of the DCEU while Superman Returns part of the Superman Donner Universe.

Sort of. Returns ignores Superman 3 and 4 and is a direct sequel to Superman II.

I haven’t seen any of these movie though when me and my brother were little my brother would always watch the Superman movies when we were at my grandmas house
