Shiva has definetly the upper Hand when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. If she gets Katana to lose her sword somehow she would have the win. If not this will be a fight of who has the better durabilty.

Shiva is considered the deadliest combatant in the world. Katana’s sword would definitely beat any of Shiva’s equipment, but Shiva would end up winning.
