She has beaten a silicon simulation of him, but that's it. Doomsday got to Superman's limites. He'll get to Wonder Woman's limits.

She was pretty formidable opponent for him in BvS. Not sure about comics though.

I think Doomsday killed her off during Byrne's run? I am not sure.

Anyway, weaknesses have nothing to do with it. Doomsday does not exploit weaknesses. His entire battle strategy consists of hitting something until it does not exist anymore while his alien biology automatically adapts to his adversary's powers.

It is only an overhyped brainless monster who succeeded in killing Superman ONCE because back in the 90's the writers needed to delay the Superman's wedding and couldn't think of some better excuse.

Why to pay him any mind?
