I really liked him. His appearance as a main villain was a great arc. I am sad that DC killed him off. He wasn't Eobard for sure, but he was still a villain with a cool power a connection to Barry and relatable motivations. He is a very good villain in my opinion.

As a character I liked Daniel West as a villain but his design was horrendous to look at. For me atleast

His suit is badass
