I would change my lightning per mood. If I want blue today I will go with blue if I want white let's go with white. Same goes for my costume.

how does lightning colour change? I thought it was based on the connection you had to it, or are you talking about having different colour due to how fast you're moving?

It depends on whichever color the colorist had available at the time and thought looked cool.

Yeah it changes with your will. Wally wanted to change hi color to this white/blue one and so it changed automatically. Not sure about the negative Speedforce though.
