@The NEW Mask I didn't mean chronologically, I meant tonally and spiritually. It's campy, colourful, the bat suit is almost what you expect except for one completely baffling addition, we have a robin and batgirl who are treated narratively as kids but are played by grown adults, the dialogue is 90% jokes and puns, the actors are all chewing the scenery like their lives depend on it, the parallels are pretty obvious. You could add Caesar Romero's joker to that movie and he really wouldn't seem out of place, and likewise you could add Uma Thurman's Poison Ivy to Batman 66 and she'd blend in pretty damn well.
