This is not a videogame where every character has their own stats. DC Comics is a universe where, if the writers and editors want it, the smartest, strongest, and fastest character can be outsmarted and outclassed by Batman.

I heavily agree with Tupka. There's also many factors gthat go into intelligence and people can be good at various different things.

The biggest problem with highly intelligent characters is you need highly intelligent writers to portray them. That’s why characters like Brainiac and Luthor never live up to their potential.
