I’m watching this as I make this post, this is the second time I’ve seen it, both times it was heartbreaking and saddening to watch, here is what I rate it as a sixteen year year old, granted I’m not a parent, so my opinion my be off from what theirs would be.
Violence:
Mild gore, death count wasn’t that high, but the gore was definitely something that could upset other people, personally I don’t mind it, I mean if I got stabbed in the eye, I’d bleed too.
Swearing:
Major, lots of swearing, and i mean lots. It definitely gets that realistic vibe. This wouldn’t fit well with some younger viewers, or their parents.
Plot:
Super dark and depressing, his condition. Sad. His life. Sad. The entire movie is sad. As dark as this character and his actions are, I felt sorry for him, But I can see him as a villain, as I should.
Sex:
Not bad, a few nudity glimpses, but hardly anything other than that.
Topics:
This movie includes extremely mature topics, such as suicide, murder, mental illness, and more. Not good for impressionable viewers
Sidenotes:
It’s a good movie, it’s definitely not for everyone.
Its not for yourself if you have a serious mental illness, or had or had suicide tendencies.
Extremely dark and depressing.
Final rating:
Age 14+.
