Apokolips War is only canon to itself. In the comics, the relationship between Darkseid and the Green Lanterns is more difficult.

Ok I have to agree a lot of superhero movies can be canon on especially the way they portrayed green Lantern in the dcau movies, i mean they made him look like the weakest member of the justice league but is really one of the most powerful.

Yeah, as Former said, this would just be another Sodam Yat. And like Yat, he would probably end up outliving the corps. Although I'm not sure if Superman would get chosen by Ion like Yat was or not.
