Jon Samuel Kent has the possibility of being more powerful than Kon El, cause his powers come from actual Solar radiation so he has the potential to absorb more radiation and become more powerful and achieve greater feats.

Jon Samuel Kent is a hybrid conceived naturally.

Kon El was conceived artificially by probably forcefully combining human & Kryptonian DNA and cause of that instead of absorbing solar radiation like Jon Kon El uses Tactile Telekinesis to mimic Kryptonian powers.

In Conclusion Jon Samuel Kent is the perfected version of Kon El with even greater potential.

At least that's what I think.

I don’t think Jon Samuel is a “perfected” Jon Lane. Jon Lane had an array of psychic powers that Job Samuel doesn’t possess. The only thing they have in common is their parentage, really.
