Arkham Series for sure, She embodied the role so well as Harley that it made her so iconic and instantly recognisable as her Voice

None. It's frustrating that she's become so associated with the role instead of Arleen Sorkin.

Arleen Sorkin is nice but Tara does exceptionally well in the role and really brings the character to life in The movies or Arkham games

Arleen to me sometimes falls flat in comparison during Arkham asylum but she was good in the animated series

^c'mon, man. Arleen Sorkan made the character in both appearance and voice 😄

Everyone else follows her example

And I'll admit Sorkan is not as popular as Strong or those ladies from Big Bang Theory, which is a shame

I never said Arleen Sorkin is bad and yeah she’s the OG. I just find that Tara captures Harley’s erratic and explosive personality better while also showing the more clinical and calmer side of Harleen Quinzel which makes her more interesting to follow as a voice actor

Popularity doesn’t factor my decision for the acting of Harley as Kaley voices Harley now and while I do like her and her version of Harley which is more Laid back and trying to get out of Joker’s shadow, it doesn’t capture Tara’s versatility

Margot Robbie voiced Harley Quinn the best to me, considering she didn't irritate me as much as the other Harley Voice Actors. I also really liked whoever did it in the Harley Animated Show, something about it fits so well. Out of Tara's voices though, I liked her best in both the Arkham Series and DC Villains.
