Doomsday easily. Batman's win is just a sign of his plot armor and Superman always holding back to not ruin his reputation, Alfred too won only because of kryptonian pills, I don't know the rest of the characters.

I would say Muhammad Ali or Doomsday. Doomsday because it was so monumental a loss. While Ali was one that really showed that in terms of his fighting skill, Superman very much still is human. The rest were simply moments to prop up the others. Batman especially.
