Of all the superpowers, I think electricity would be one of the most dangerous and harder powers to control. You would fry a lot of people by accident before getting the hang of it.

Shazam gets his magic from lightning, but does not, traditionally, have any lightning blast ranged attack. Static's power is electromagnetism, not electricity. He's more Magneto than Black Lightning.
@Tupka217 Actually he does, there are multiple occassions where he is seen punching people in the comics with his hands enveloped in lightning and sometimes straight up shooting people with it or hitting someone with the thunderbolt that comes after he says Shazam !
