Well according to me a character doesn't need to have flaws or be vulnerable to be likeable but yes, superman really doesn't have any flaws as far as I know, the only thing he has done wrong would be being a little arrogant at times and also siding with government even at times when they might be on the wrong side but in infinite frontier that trait has been fixed with him doing what actually is right rather just going along with the government

Siding with the government? He already was at odds with them under Luthor's presidency, and dropped his US citizenship back in Action Comics #700 to prevent people seeing him as biased. But he never simply "went along" with the government. Not even if you wildly misinterpret DKR.

No, even in Aquaman he fought with both mera and arthur because he was asked by the President to stop them instead of listening to his friends while they explained that atlantis's attack had nothing to do with them and fighting the government when Lex was president doesn't count because that was just Luthor and everyone knows he is evil

As for the dark knight he did side with the government but only to keep helping people so the government won't outlaw him and another example of him siding with the government would be in the new frontier elseworlds story, even wonder woman said that he just follows the wishes of people in power and doesn't follow his own instinct but yes, he isn't always like that in earlier comics he was also depicted fighting the government for the genral people so that trait can be labelled as inconsistent

I would say, and I know many will disagree with me, his biggest flaw is his self righteousness. I remember when Diana had to kill Maxwell and Superman (Batman too) was giving her s***for it despite the fact that her decision saved countless lives. There was another instance where they arrived on a planet and Superman was going start fighting and WW told him that it's a different culture so they should respect it and not force their views of right and wrong on them. This was years ago so I don't remember the comics, I just remember the moments and not even that well but I always found Superman's self righteousness extremely annoying, probably why I never liked him
