If you don’t want notifications, you can “unfollow” your own thread and just check in on your own time rather than be notified when someone comments. Or, you can turn off notifications for Fandom completely, only seeing them when you open the app rather than whenever the notification-inducing events happen.

I think they just said Marvel by accident or lack of knowledge. It happens. My dad thought Batman and Superman were Marvel until I corrected him.

Well I can’t speak for marvel but the X-Men evolution show is a much more mature and complex version of DC Superhero Girls, you’ll like it if you like X-Men which is my favorite Marvel thing. On the DC Side of things I recommend Tiny Titans, it sells itself as a kids book but it’s so genius that it’s a masterpiece no matter what age you are. Also Gotham Academy is underrated if you’re looking for something in universe.

You can’t. Sometimes there are things you simply have to suck up. When you created an account, you accepted the terms of service to receive notifications. When people interact with your posts, you get told. I don’t know why that would bother someone so much, but that aside, it’s just something you have to deal with.

Why do you hate pings and upvotes so much, anyway? You can unfollow a post by clicking on the three dots, but the only way to get notifications if you do that is by mentioning you.

I know, I unfollow but get notifications when pinged and upvoted. Also, I said stop, I really hate it. Anyway, where are the recommendations?
