This isn’t an admittance of working together as a regular thing. It’s not a scandalous thing. This is a collaboration. Companies do that with local and National governments all the time. The Reagan administration collaborated with DC to put out some anti-drug comics during the ’80s.

Oh man, I remember the anti-drug comics. Those were crazy.

The Government works with alot of different companies from time to time it's not unheard of. Especially if the deal benefits both parties.

Though like others have said it's usually for a certain project or whatever. So I'm not assuming it's seedy.
