Concurrently, I'm reading Green Lantern Corps (Rebirth era), Catwoman (post-Metal), Detective Comics (mid-2000s Paul Dini run), Superman Color Sunday's (from the 60s!)

But a recommendation I have in mind is a book I am very much enjoying, The Other History of the DC Universe

Not a conventional graphic novel, but prose (like a novel) with illustrations, but it's very well written with the characters' narrations and their stories

They both suck, honestly.
