Considering one has extremely worldwide merchandising viability and the other barely gets products, I think the world at large tends to favor one of these over the other.

Both honestly. I like them for what they bring to Batman’s rogue gallery showing that you don’t have to be super powered freak to cause chaos

I like both and think they both bring something very unique and complex to the Batman mythos, but I chose Harvey because he often goes underappreciated and Joker is often overappreciated

Doesn’t matter to me I like both
