I haven’t crunched the actual numbers, but it seems that a large portion of heroes in DC were born with their powers, at least nowadays. Acquiring powers later in life was the standard origin story of decades past, and the majority share of superheroes may still have developed/simulated powers rather than be born with them. But the amount who were born with powers is high enough that we couldn’t possibly just list them all.
