I would go with orange because of his greed for Flash to make a flashpoint.

I'd go with red, considering most of his story is just about vengeance against the flash

Eobard thawne/Reverse Flash entire existence as a character, Is To Litterly Hate Barry Allens Flash and make his existence a living hell or Eobard will stop to exist from the timeline! That kind of pure anger alone is prime material to become a Red Lantern. Plus imagine how much more powerful his connection to the Negative Speed Force Would be as well, since to tap in said Negative Speed requires such intense feelings.
