Green lantern does deserve better and I hope the coming green lantern corps show fixes his reputation.

Yes, Hail to Geoff Johns! Bring back Hal Jordan! He's one of the main 6 Justice Leaguers so where the hell's he been?

Prime Earth did a handful of good things but mothballing Hal & Oliver's decades long friendship was definitely not one of them. Those two were like a 2nd Superman/Batman back in the day.

As for the Lantern corps TV series, any Green Lantern respect is good I guess, but from what I heard, it's centered around Guy "comic relief" Gardner & John "plain toast" Stewart so that's a little of a downside.

It wasn't treated nicely when it came out but it didn't ruin Green Lantern.

Yeah, I mean, even the movie, what was so bad about that movie? Parallax could've gotten some better CGI, but other than that I thought it was pretty good.

I mean, we're finally freed from whatever the hell Grant Morrison was trying to do, get a fresh new series & instead of keeping the main character, their solution is to replace an apex hero with someone who just showed up? "Sojourner Mullen"? What are we, jinxed? Someone call Geoff Johns & get a real author in here.

Green Lantern has the curse that every movie or tv show gets canceled after just one installment. 2011's Green Lantern? No sequel. First Flight? No sequel. Emerald Knights? No sequel. The Green Lantern Animated Series? No second season.

That's not a thing. The DCUAOM GL movies were always intended as standalones. Doomsday, Doom and WW also got no sequel.

I watched that animated series & it kicked ass too. Just loved it.
