Yeah, it feels like one-star squadron has changed his whole character, he doesn't seem like the same red tornado from any of his previous appearances and worst of all, when they were showing his backstory they completely omitted the part where he was the handler of young justice.
The backstory established there makes him seem like a hero wannabe seeking approval rather than being a respected hero with equal standing (or just about) as the other Justice League members from the original incarnation.
I absolutely agree with you !
Between the three? Blue Beetle already gets much more recognition than Red Tornado and Aztek. They're working on a movie about him.
Between the three my favourite is Aztek so I'll go for him. Great character.
And he's the less utilized between the three.
Id like to learn more about red tornado.
@N8 Reminds me of Green Arrow's treatment at the hands of Geoff Johns in the New 52...
Red Tornado is my favorite. Aztek could be used more.
Def blue beetle. Deserves way more than what he gets.
Red tornado, the least talked about and one of the most interesting JL members.
At these kinds of years, everyone should get more exposure.
Jaime - covered through YJ series, Blue and Gold, DCEU Movie
Tornado - has YJ, just as good as any known JLer, could use a movie, exploration on what it means for android to be human (alongside the family he has)
Aztek - Rebirth confirmed that it's a legacy through Uno and the woman named Nayeli (JLA 2.0 and the WW issues where Diana teams up with Artemis of Bana-Maghdall)
To be fair, this is the kind of century where we expect a lot more from everyone, not just in name and what we barely know about them.
What do you think?
