Man, when I found out Black Adam was joining the League, I was ecstatic. I've always been a huge fan and I thought that he could have so much potential, especially now that he's got a movie coming. He could really be DC's Black Panther

And Bendis just can't write him for shit, Adam feel's like such an afterthought, and, with the fact that the book is in general incredibely forgetable and uninteresting, then yeah, I sadly have to admit that it's been a let down

It was baffling that he didn't even have his induction to himself. You'd think such a well-loved character, especially a former supervillain joining the very team he used to terrorize, would have been a much bigger event! But Clark was just like "hi :) help us" and Adam's like "ugh yea ok", and... he was in LOL

Reading Aaron's Avengers and Bendis' Justice League, seeing how much room there is for the characters to breathe in one over the other, seeing plots that are so much more compelling and interesting and interwoven between each other, it just makes such a big difference
