@Unkindnessrae Thank you!! I'm a really big fan of bart myself and I've been wondering about the same question; Where the hell has impulse been!!? The last time we saw him was when Wally possessed his body while speed the speed force was throwing him in other speedsters throughout time, bart appears to have gone back to his own time but there was never any explanation as to why. The whole young justice generation of heroes have been treated really poorly by DC in recent years.
