According to this article, DC comics employees no longer have a office building to work from and will be shifting to a 'hot desk' model which is essentially a shared space for working where no one has a fixed desk or anything and anyone can use any space which is available to do their work .
There even are rumours of DC comics getting ready to be sold (even possibly to marvel/Disney).
