Bane also has a fair chance of killing batman. If he had killed him back then in knightfall instead of breaking him, someone else could have been batman today.

All of those villains could if they work together. I picked Scarecrow because he could make Batman go psychologically insane and then go to a mental hospital and then any villain could murder him there.

But that wouldn’t be Scarecrow killing him, would it? Not directly. That’s like saying Penguin would kill Batman by hiring someone else to do it.
