Batman: Trap him through an emotional response such as a reminder of his family in order to use a localized EMP on his gear. Then use an airtight containment as well as hallucinogens. Finally, contain him with a sealed case over his body, cutting off his movement and keep him under the effects of hypnosis and heavy brainwashing measures to disrupt his mental capabilities.
Superman: Draw him over with a frequency only he can hear. Make sure you basically have the most lead all over your devices and traps that you can have before getting lead poisoning. Or at the very least a similar substance to achieve the effect. Use another different high frequency to induce paralysis. Then electricity on the level of meta-humans such as Livewire and Black Lightning in order to fully accomplish knocking him out. (Possibly asking for their help if you have it.) Finally contain him in a red sun cell for storage.
Wonder Woman: A simulation scape used in order to distract Diana in a legendary, but twisted in vision duel. Where everything is not entirely real. Then inflicted with a hallucination when you can finally hit her when trying to figure out this tech based illusion. However this is only a temporary measure. For at this point, the stakes are to use this new state she is trapped in for only a temporary period in order to trap her within her own lasso. This probably being the riskiest plan of all the members considering Diana practically has no weaknesses.
The Flash: A kinetic based cryogenic device attached to the Flash would be the way to cause his own motion to be his downfall. Leaving any motion he makes to freeze him slowly. Similar to the kinetic bomb Batman planned for, but rather than being an explosive, it would impliment one of his weaknesses in a method to keep him from using his abilities that make him a threat.
Green Lantern: Stimuli overload. Whether by drugs, constant attacks against the wearer, etc. Enough to keep the wearer of the ring focused on a particular thought. One that would then slowly impliment a post hypnotic suggestion to keep their constructs weakened or blind them. At that point, the matter is to separate one's awareness of their bodily movements in order to finally remove the ring.
Aquaman: The best way to handle Arthur is to change the atmospheric pressure he is under. Constant fluctuations in a different way than the ocean. The unfamiliar environment as well as draining him of any fluids from his system. The intense heat as well as literal pressure is essentially like putting Aquaman in a giant waffle iron.
Martian Manhunter: Mental blocks would have to be added for all participants involved. As well as magic in order to reflect his Martian mind reading to himself. Trapping J'onn in his own mind.
