Honestly I’d recruit all the other heroes and villains who are willing to work with me. Send all the magic users after Superman, send the other Flashes family members after Barry, send Sinestro and the Sinestro corps after Hal, Send Fire, The Firestorms, Firehawk, Heatwave, the Human Flame Effigy, El Diablo, Starfire, Blackfire(if she wants to help), Inferno, all three Fireflies, Firebug, Witchfire, get that new Firebrand from the Unexpected, and I’d go to the future and get Sun Boy and Fire Lad, and have them all go after J’onn. And I’d probably get Powergirl to bring Aquaman to the driest place on Earth and have Cascade there waiting to suck all the moisture out of him. For Batman I’d have the Batman Family members, Outsiders, Birds of Prey, Batman Incorporated, the second Rebirth Justice League of America: the Teams he trained or oversaw, and close friends he’s known for years(Green Arrow, the Hawks, Ray Palmer, Red Tornado, Elongated Man, Plastic Man, the Question, Vibe, members of the original and reinstated versions of Justice League International) to tell him that he’s failed Gotham and to taunt him to the point that he looses focus then have any other heroes and villains available to jump him. And after those six are taken care of just have everyone regroup and go after Wonder Woman all at the same time, I’m pretty sure she can’t beat most of the DC Universe(with the exception of the six main boys) attacking her all at once.

TS, you have been gravely misinformed about the capabilities of a Batman-less JL. They can and have beaten their enemies without his input. And his anti-League plans are dumber than whatever their own Rogues come up with routinely.
