Also the Darkhold from the series's fourth season was the central antagonistic presence of this film. As well as a teased presence in the series WandaVision that is possessed by that show's villain. This also connected to Runaways which featured the book for it's final season. So it really did pass around from three TV shows and a movie in the MCU.

And they had different Darkholds exist within the film. Plus the ones in the previous shows changed over time as well.
