I've really been enjoying the warworld saga in action comics, even though it's pretty clear that even if superman survives there, he is still going to die anyway .

I really liked the bronze age feel of this cover and the art looks awesome. DC has begun to finally give us pieces of Clark's childhood on post death metal prime earth, it's more of the same but they have added some variations, for one thing matha kent now had cancer. I really enjoyed mongul's origin in this too, I really like the expanded lore they have given to warworld in both the main story and this annual. I'm looking forward to seeing how the warworld saga ends.
